An authentic Indonesian Sambal Badjak. A stunning chilli-based paste which is commonly used in a Chicken Fried Rice or as a condiment. Or just piled onto a pasty like we do! This version is red using mild chillis with a few Scotch Bonnets thrown in to give it a bit of heat. Also available as a Vegetarian version which using Miso instead of Shrimp Paste (see separate listing).
Ingredients: Chillis, Shallots, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, *Shrimp Paste*, Lime.
