Josterberry? What's that? I had to look it up too! This is a cross between a Blackcurrant & Gooseberry. It doesn't have the sourness of a gooseberry but is very fruity. Grown locally. Use as a normal jelly or jam but also great in jam tarts on used as a filling for a sponge. My Mum's favourite of 2020! And Mum's are always right!
Ingredients: Josterberry, Water, Sugar, Lemon, Pectin.
